You get a creative assignment every day to wake up your inspiration. Every assignment is an easy photography experiment using common items you can easily find at home or nearby. This Kickstart Your Creativity course is about technical inspirations, whereas the first Kickstart is about conceptual inspirations.

The assignments are designed to be short and simple, which means you can do them in 10-15 minutes. But if you are having great fun nothing will stop you from spending all day on them.

Every student gets access to our students-only Facebook group, where you can share your photos with the others.

What kind of camera do I need? What else do I need?

You can use any type of camera and you do not need any special editing software. If you want to make ICM images you will need to be able to control your shutter speed, either using your camera controls or an app on your smartphone.

Can I use a smartphone camera? Which apps can I use?

Yes you can. If you have an iPhone, try apps like SlowShutterCam or SlowShutter. And if you have an Android, try Camera FV-5 App.

Can I do this course if I have absolutely no experience with ICM Photography?

Yes, as long as you know the basics of how a camera works. This is not a technical course but a course for ignating your inspiration. You can do it at any point in your creative journey. You do not even need to take ICM photos.
